Ryzenberg On: Fall Forward
It’s a gloomy day in the city by the bay and the best way to avoid the hump day blues (and of course procrastinate a little bit more from packing), I am in need of style stimulation — and today it’s all about denim.
This timeless, simple look is perfect for late summer and early fall. For me it’s a smorgasbord of all of my favorites — such as stacks and baubles, statement footwear, oversize sunnies and  color pops! Perfect for the office, running errands or even dinner out.
Love it so much and want other options? This one is easy — just pair it with booties or Oxfords, add a leather jacket or heavy ‘grandpa’ cardigan and you are ready for those brisk cool fall days (and nights).

Ryzenberg On: Chambray Wishes

It’s light, it’s easy to wear and it doesn’t wrinkle — yup, I am referring to chambray.

This is seriously the perfect fabric for spring and summer as it can be dressed up, down and it’s a perfect staple for a vacation or work ensemble.

Pair it with printed or colored jeans, some jewelry and sandals and you are set to go. As for the 9-to-5 look, a pair of trousers, a blazer and heels and you will be comfy in the office.

Chambray dresses are also perfect and can even go from day to night with the right accessories. This color pretty much combines with everything and it’s a nice alternative to sun dresses and maxi pleats.

If you live in denim, it’s also easy to combine it and avoid looking like you are sporting a Canadian tuxedo! Just make sure the shirt is slightly different from the jeans (or shorts) and you will have a winning look!

These gals sure know how to rock it.
